Story

For over 100 years, Henry Jullien has been designing and producing high-end eyewear. Since its inception, the brand has combined innovation and tradition, expertise and passion, past and future, local and international perspectives. Henry Jullien is based in Lons-le-Saunier, in the Jura region, the cradle of the French eyewear industry.

The goal is to elevate eyewear frames to the same level as fine jewelry or luxury watches: glasses should no longer just be used to improve vision, but become true fashion accessories.

1921

In 1921, he built his first factory in the French region of Jura, the cradle of the French eyewear industry. Henry Jullien’s vision was to elevate the status of eyeglasses to the level of the traditions of jewelry and watchmaking.

2018

In 2018, the company was recognized by EPV “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant”. This certification is awarded to companies deeply rooted in France with exceptional technology, patents, and archives.

2023

In 2023, iVision Tech spa acquired the manufacturing company and the historic brand Henry Jullien, a French luxury brand that designs, produces, and markets gold-plated frames (Doublé Or Laminé).
